As parents of athletes, we want to set our kids up for success and the first step is to understand the importance of good nutrition – to fuel for their bodies and their minds. We also know the struggle to balance a hectic family schedule, manage a household budget and rack our brains to figure out what to feed our kids…so our HU families we have worked together to create this cookbook to share ideas, recipes and provide helpful nutritional information designed for hockey families.
All proceeds go to support Hockey Unlimited’s mission, which is to help low income and underprivileged kids be able to play hockey and learn valuable life lessons.
